Reactive polymer / photoinitiator built-in UV curable resin (PIUVO), etc.
reactive polymer
It is a polymer made reactive by introducing reactive groups into acrylic polymer.
By introducing functional groups and controlling the modification ratio, it is possible to express physical properties such as increased sensitivity and alkali solubilization.
About reactive polymers
Reactive groups are introduced into the acrylic polymer to make it reactive. Polymer solvent change, modification ratio, alkali solubility, etc. are possible.
Functional group modification in acrylic polymer
・Adding partial GMA to carboxyl group and introducing acryloyl group
・Acrylic acid is added to the epoxy group, acryloyl group is introduced, and an acid anhydride is added.
・Acrylic urethane conversion of hydroxyl group
・Acrylic esterification of hydroxyl groups
We will consider products other than the above according to your request.
・High sensitivity・Alkali soluble・Fluorine content・Tg control
Photoinitiator built-in UV curable resin (PIUVO)
By incorporating a photopolymerization initiator into the resin skeleton through chemical bonding, UV curing can be performed without adding a new photopolymerization initiator. Bleed-out after UV curing can be suppressed.
UV-H-4000, 5630, 5630TF, 6200, 6200TF, 7000
UV curable resin with a photoinitiator incorporated in the skeleton.
TF: Tin-free product
Features
・Can be UV cured without adding a photoinitiator.
・Can be used as a hard coating agent.
