Urethane acrylate
Urethane acrylate
Urethane acrylate is a product made by adding hydroxyl group-containing (meth)acrylate to a urethane compound consisting of isocyanate and polyol. It can obtain a wide variety of curing properties by changing the type and amount of each constituent. It has characteristics such as toughness, extensibility, and high hardness, and is widely used for hard coats, adhesives, pressure-sensitive adhesives, etc.
Urethane (meth)acrylate
The urethane bonds formed by the reaction between isocyanate groups and the hydroxyl groups of polyols have high cohesive properties due to hydrogen bonds. The flexible polyol acts as a soft segment, and the short-chain isocyanate acts as a hard segment, and physical properties can be adjusted freely depending on the combination. At KSM, we also develop original urethane (meth)acrylate products with designs tailored to customer requests.
