2.Conclusion of confidentiality agreement
We will conclude a confidentiality agreement upon request. We will manage and protect confidential information based on the contract details.
3.Meeting/Factory tour
We will ask for detailed information during a meeting (face-to-face or online). If necessary, laboratory tracing experiments can also be considered. We will discuss manufacturing conditions and process control methods according to the expected scale.
4.Estimate
We will create an estimate based on the estimated scale.
5.Prototype (pilot) manufacturing
We will begin trial production using actual machines of 50L to 1200L. It is also possible to witness the prototype production, so you can confirm detailed manufacturing conditions.
6.Prototype evaluation/product specification determination
We will mutually evaluate the prototypes and decide on manufacturing conditions and product standards for full production.
7. Signing of contract manufacturing contract
We will conclude a contract manufacturing contract if necessary.
8.Start of full-scale production and mass production
We support scale-up and mass production based on the data obtained from prototype production. We can also procure raw materials upon request.
